Last updated: October 28, 2026. This policy explains how Darko Duran (“we”) collects and uses information on darkoduran.com.
What we collect
When you join our list or send a booking request, we collect what you enter: email, and optionally name, mobile number, city, and message. We also log basic technical data (like IP address) to prevent spam and record consent.
How we use it
To send you news about our music and shows, to answer booking requests, and, only if you check the SMS box, to text you show alerts. We store contacts in our CRM (HighLevel / LeadConnector).
Text messages
SMS is opt-in only. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our messaging, or when required by law.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, reply STOP to texts, or email us to see, correct, or delete your information.
Cookies
The site uses basic cookies needed to run it and may use analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser.
